Please indulge me with a vent. I'm opening letters from applicants and what I'm reading is breaking my heart and spurring me to action. Our organization is dedicated to the memory of my Grandma Daisy, the first pink warrior in my life. Grandma was guided in life by a few basic principles: family comes first, love with all your heart, and give unselfishly. Grandma taught me how to cook, sew, and fight breast cancer bravely and with perseverance. In her honor, the Pink Daisy Project is committed to providing care and comfort to young women facing breast cancer treatment. That’s the way Grandma would have wanted it.
This is the first time I have posted anything but wanted to let you know I am in an immuneotherapy vaccine trial. Hello Daisy Sisters:
This has been a great year for me, we are now 5 months and 3 days and it's a BOY!
My son let us see who he was during the ultrasound and it was beautiful, he waved, turned all around and tears rolled down my eyes. So far the pregnancy is going great took the prenatal Screening program and everything was negative, then I took the glucose test for an 1hr and no diabetes so all great news.
