Hi all! My name is Heidi. My breast cancer diagnosis was confirmed on 8/11/11 (DCIS Hormone Receptor Positive {strongly for estrogen & mildly for progesterone}). I had felt a small lump in my right breast but, knowing my annual physical was just a couple months down the road, I decided to wait & see if there were any changes. My doctor said he didn't think it was anything but recommended a mammogram "just to be sure" as my mother had to have a radical mastectomy due to breast cancer. I…See More
